My Portrait as an Artist…Competition!

Have you always wanted to be an artist? Do you like drawing, painting, or any other type of art form? Join the workshop My Portrait as an Artist…

Come and listen to amazing stories, find out about the lives of famous artists and create your very own art work under the guidance of workshop educator Rosie Martin.

The workshop will take place in the exhibition Portrait of the Artist As…, which includes paintings by great artists like Vincent van Gogh and Francis Bacon.

You can win a place in this exciting workshop for you and your parent/guardian by showing us your inner artist!

Draw or paint a self-portrait and send a photo of your artwork to [email protected] by 9 July 2012.
The winning artists will be announced on 10 July.


By sending in your artwork you agree for us to publish it online and in print in order to promote the exhibition Portrait of the Artist As… Send in a picture of your artwork, along with your address, name and contact phone number.
