Summer is upon us and what better way to prepare those beach bod’s than to join in with a new type of workout that’s fun and is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and thighs burning!

Freedom2train, the newest sensation in alternative fitness training has launched a series of workouts designed to help you look and feel great this summer. This workout promises to pack a new sort of punch!

Each training session is designed to challenge you in a motivational and fun way, leaving you feeling energized and ready for more.

Fitness2Train’s professional qualified coaches will get you flipping tyres, swinging kettlebells, slamming balls and sprinting laps to help you drop the pounds, tone muscle and get you super fit in no time. You’ll find it a great stress buster after a busy week in the office.

Freedom2train’s workout sessions are currently being held at Wandsworth Common and Eel Brook Common. We are eager however to grow our business in other locations throughout the UK so that everyone can share in the fitness fun!

In commenting on the launch of the fitness programme, Steve Mellor, trainer at Freedom2train said the following
“Our primary objective is that our clients leave at the end of the day feeling they have tried something new and have pushed themselves beyond their comfort zone. First and foremost though we want everyone to feel they have had a positive and fun experience. I have faith that once the public try it they will want to come back and see us again!”
Each session lasts 60 minutes in total (the optimum training duration time) and people of all levels of fitness are encouraged to come and give it a go. The trainers support and guide participants throughout the class and are always on hand for advice. And the best bit is your first taster session is FREE!

Class sizes are limited to 25 in order to give participants more personalized and tailored support so make sure you book your session up early! There are two trainers per class to make sure those participating get the most out of every second. Sessions are valid for six weeks from the date of purchase.

For 1 session, Freedom2Train charge £10, £8 per session for a 4 session pack, £6.50 per session for an 8 session pack and £5 per session for a 12 session pack.
