Open-City Architecture Tours - King's Cross Urban Jog

An urban jog led by fitness expert & urbanist Ade Aboaba and urbanist Michael Owens. This will be an 8-kilometer (5 mile) jog tour will combine a story of Kings Cross’s urban development with a decent cardiovascular workout. The area is one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects. The tour explores the Kings Cross urban environment, with its immense potential, its neighbourhoods with diverse and colourful histories, and the constant challenge of development pressures. The jog will be at an easy-going pace. There will be regular pauses (up to 5 minutes) along the route to rest, stretch and to talk about what we’ve seen or about to see.
