Sunday Talk: Developing Self Acceptance

For most of us, self-acceptance isn’t as easy as it should be! Often we feel that we’re just not good enough.

Why? Is it because we constantly rate ourselves against others or because our expectations of ourselves are just too high?

Look at yourself and fully accept yourself. Accept the whole package, flaws, failures and ugly spots.

Believe in your worth and uniqueness. There’s no one else in the world quite like you. You Are Enough.

Develop self-acceptance and put yourself in a better position to improve yourself and your life.
