Bigger and better the popular London Mind Body Soul (MBS) exhibition is back with a
bang!!
The 10th anniversary show promises more than ever before with the new Experience
Zone running sessions throughout the three day event. With TaiChi, Belly Dancing,
Pilates, Yoga and Salsa on the menu, visitors will be positively Hoola-Hooping their way home.
The fun-packed weekend event is a great
way to experience new and exciting things,
and the perfect pick-me-up. On offer is an
eclectic collection of complementary health,
spiritual awareness, and personal
development.
With over 150 exhibitors, the show will
allow visitors to use all five senses to see,
feel, hear, smell and taste the rich diversity
on offer: from fairies to food blenders, runes
to raw chocolate, there is a new experience
awaiting around every corner.
"The MBS show offers an experience like
no other with the aim of helping visitors to
develop a healthy mind, healthy body and
healthy soul," says MBS organiser Julie Saunders. "Visitors will be taking away new
ideas and ancient wisdom and leave with a spring in their step."
From Latin rhythm, to sultry sitar, the multi-cultural assortment of entertainment on stage
will also be an experience in itself .And there will be plenty of space to unwind, relax,
refresh and renew, with visitors welcome to stay to the very end to soak up the
atmosphere. And with plenty of hot and coldhealthy food options available, there's no
reason to leave early.
