Disco Bistro EC4 at The Rising Sun is a new culinary residency in the heart of St Paul's, from itinerant chef and pop-up veteran Carl Clarke (God Save the Clam).

Found on Carter Lane, a Dickensian alleyway fabled as the meeting spot of Guy Fawkes and his fellow conspirators, Disco Bistro EC4 is an exciting six month long restaurant experience with a healthy dose of rebellion that hasn't lost sight of its 'proper boozer' roots.

Come to the downstairs pub bar for high-end 'trash food' creations or head upstairs for rare breed meats, the best day boat fish and sustainable wild British produce.
