A Selling Exhibition!

Only every other year does the largest collection of contemporary fine furniture exhibit in London. This is the very rare chance to see the latest innovations from a British Movement revered across the globe.

An opportunity to see, buy, collect or commission a piece of sublime craftsmanship, produced by the most talented designer makers who practice the hand skills of the Arts & Crafts era and combine them with the design sensibilities of today.

There are few fine furniture exhibitions, mainly due to the logistics of transporting and showcasing such a collection, so grab this chance while you can. At a time when local industry seems to be disappearing before our eyes this is one that has remained at the forefront for over a century. Due to an uncompromising quest for quality that few other countries have the expertise to match, furniture made to this level is something that we can most definitely make Britain great. This furniture is unique in design, made with the finest materials and latest innovations by incredibly skilful artisans.

Like all the finest things in life these pieces will last much more than a lifetime and will grow more beautiful with age.

Exhibitors: Sam Anderson, Duke Christie, Sue Darleston, Davidge & Marsh, Brendan Davitt Spooner, Philip Dobbins, Tim Dunleavy, Enrich Fichtner, John Fishwick, Ben Gabriel, Anthony Gray, Martin Grierson, Tim Hawkins, Sue Hyslop, Graham Ikin, John Jacques, Simon Jewell, Luke Harding, Knut Klemmek Henderson, Marcus Mauger, Christine Meyer Eaglestone, Jonathan Pearce, Simon Pirie, Rupert Phelps, Graham Rayner, Ben Rawlinson, Waring Robinson, David Savage, Will Self, Norman Speller, Kevin Stamper, Waywood, Williams & Cleal, Toby Winteringham.

Susan Rosenberg will exhibit alongside pictures from her ‘Hidcote & the English Country Garden’ series, inspired by the beautiful Arts & Crafts garden at Hidcote.

Martin Grierson, as in previous years, is the curator and maintains the exemplary standard you would expect from one of the UK’s most revered furniture designer makers.

The Millinery Works is an exhibition space and gallery specialising in the sale of antique furniture from the Arts & Crafts movement.
