• Explore learning through both established and more innovative methods
• Use our bodies and therefore ourselves creatively: work with aesthetic and functional elements of movement
• Kinaesthetic awareness: observing and absorbing spatial relationships between different parts of the body
• Confidence building in relation to others: working with partners and in groups for further movement development.
• Build individual rhythms to express yourself
Overall: Become more confident to communicate with the outside world and to enjoy the adventures life brings.
