Join Hard Rock's 40th birthday celebrations

London Art Scene from The Art Stop

It's hard to believe but Hard Rock will be celebrating 40 years of music this year. A truly remarkable benchmark - a far cry away from their 1971 beginnings. And as a part of their celebrations, Hard Rock have unveiled a whole host of memorabilia at the British Music Experience at the 02.

Take the tour presented by The Co-operative to see items from the likes of Tina Turner, John Lennon, Oasis, The Black Eyed Peas and Bon Jovi - the first time some of these pieces have been shown in our capital. There'll also be 40 never-before-seen pieces of memorabilia displayed.

Hard Rock’s first ever piece was a guitar donated by Eric Clapton - just because he wanted a reserved space at the London bar and restaurant. Now look at them!

The Hard Rock collection is open now and is free to enter for anyone with a valid British Music Experience ticket from 11:00 until 19:30 (last ticket entry 18:30) until 27 September 2011. www.britishmusicexperience.com
