The Nirvana Nevermind Exhibition comes to London

This September marks an amazing 20 years since the release of Nirvana's legendary album Nevermind and to celebrate the occasion, London is opening its doors to a very special exhibition, In Bloom: The Nirvana Nevermind Exhibition.

Launching on Tuesday 13 September, the exhibition will run for two weeks (until Sunday 25 September) at The Loading Bay Gallery, Brick Lane. Entry is free of charge and open from 1.00pm until 7.00pm daily. And to make the whole thing even more special, there will be a very special evening dedicated to just 100 Nirvana fans on Thursday 22 September - which will feature an album playback and a Q&A session with a guest panel. Tickets for this extraordinary night are just £15.

Inside the exhibition itself, you'll find endless treats and memorabilia. From rare photographs, tour posters and lyrics to a hoodie worn by Kurt Cobain himself and a piece of fret board from one of his guitars - there will be so much to take in explore. There'll even be incredible replicas of the band's guitars, drums and bass. The 1991 release of Nevermind saw Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl sell an incredible 30 million copies worldwide. To miss out on this celebration will be missing out on a huge musical milestone in history.

So make sure you head down to The Loading Bay Gallery, Unit 4- 5, Dray Walk, 91 Brick Lane, London, E1 6QL from next Tuesday to celebrate Nirvana and their fabulous Nevermind album. Then on 26 September, to conclude the party, Nirvana’s Nevermind album will be rereleased. Fans will be able to buy a four-CD/one-DVD Super Deluxe Edition to a standard digital/CD re-master of the original album. Be prepared to enjoy previously unreleased recordings, brand new B-sides and mixes, radio sessions and live recordings, including the complete live 1991 Halloween concert at Seattle's Paramount Theatre. Wow!
