FAMILY: This year's Fright Nights at Thorpe Park are the scariest yet!

London Art Scene from The Art Stop

It's that time of the year again; the pumpkins are carved, the fancy dress costumes are being rented - and next week, Halloween will be upon us once again.

To celebrate, the lovely folk at Thrope Park are hosting their annual Fright Night event - and it really is quite a treat this year. Perfect of course for their tenth anniversary!

The whole thing kicks off tonight and will run right up until 31 October. The entire family are welcome, although obviously age and health restrictions will apply on some features and rides.

The must-see feature of your trip is Experiment 10 - the brand new horror room at the theme park. You will enter a spooky government test lab in your group and be told how their latest experiment has gone wrong. Badly wrong. From then on your experience begins and if you don't like shocks and darkness, this one isn't for you! If however you do love an adrenaline rush - go right ahead. This new featue is absolutely exhilerating, exciting and completely unlike any other experience you'll have on Fright Night. When a group of us tested it out, we came out screaming (with terror and joy), babbling and utterly thrilled with our Fright Night experience.

Then of course there are the old faithfuls that never fail to get your blood pumping. Don't miss out on the crazy drops on Stealth and the winding Saw The Ride - perhaps two of the best rollercoasters around. Of course the upside-down fun on Nemesis Inferno is another must as well as the jumpy Saw Alive maze - perfect for Halloween. Finally enjoy the classic TidalWave - just to bring you back down to earth with a splash.

The park is open until 10pm throughout the Fright Night calendar so you have no excuse for not trying out everything! And if you book now, you could take advatage of the Park's 50% off ticket offer. Fright Night lasts from Friday 21 – Sunday 31st October (28th-31st October is strictly advanced booking only. Click here for further details: http://www.thorpepark.com/frightnights/
