We’re on the home run to the end of 2011 which brings with it parties, buffets, lunches, dinners and drinks!

:: Check-out the restaurant menu in advance …it literally takes a few minutes and you’ll be armed with information that’ll enable you to make decisions around healthier options ahead of time when you’re more likely to be objective.

:: Don’t buy into the quick-fix mentality …it’s so easy to do, but equally easy to focus on how you’ll feel in 24 hours when you’re feeling good because you had a great night but you’re not beating yourself up for over-indulging …and you don’t have a hangover!
