The Virgin Active London Triathlon 2011 is almost upon us, and with thousands of spectators due to come and support our athletes... so if you're thinking of going along, here's a course guide to this years London Triathlon.
Whether or not you know someone taking part, the London Triathlon is the perfect excuse to get your family and friends together for a day out in London. You can do a good deed for the day by cheering on the athletes then head to the nearest watering hole for a cheeky lemonade.
