The Olympic Flame is coming. Possibly sooner than you think: it's less than nine weeks until the Olympic Torch arrives on UK soil. So today it is announced the streets it will travel along, and 7,300 Torchbearers who will carry it. See how people up and down the UK are already planning their celebrations to welcome the Flame.

The Olympic Flame will come within 10 miles of 95% of people in the UK, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey. It will enable local communities to shine a light on the best their area has to offer – including celebrations of local culture, breathtaking landscapes and dynamic urban areas.
