Amidst the hustle and bustle of Holland Park Avenue lies an indulgent, tranquil day spa calling out to be visited. A boutique day spa offering a vast range of beauty and therapeutic treatments, Ayanna Spa houses five treatment rooms and a nail lounge, lavishly decorated to the most luxurious of standards. Ayanna treatments are a fusion of results-based therapies using advanced formulation products and high technology systems with holistic techniques. Each treatment is personalised to ensure the client's needs are fulfilled so you leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and nourished during and after your visit.

With a range of facials, body wraps, peels, massage, manis and pedis to choose from, I tried a classic Aromamassage, using tailored aroma oils to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance. It was wonderfully relaxing, whilst also working out the persistent knot in my right shoulder blade without being quite as intensely uncomfortable as a targeted deep tissue massage. As per usual I ended up drifting off to sleep - always the sign of a successful treatment for me - and awoke refreshed and revived, floating on a cloud of bliss. Next on my to-do list would be the Prescriptive Facial - following a skin diagnosis, this facial is personalised and tailored to accommodate the needs of the individual's skin, providing deep cleansing and decongesting benefits, refreshing hydration, renewal and radiance, calmness to sensitive skin or youthfulness and suppleness - just what the doctor ordered.

Aromassage at Ayanna Spa £70 for 60 minutes/£95 for 90 minutes. 146 Holland Park Avenue. To book call 020 7998 7872 or email info@ayannaspa.co.uk. For more infrmation visit www.ayannaspa.co.uk
