Iconic lingerie retailer Rigby & Peller has launched a stunning new boutique in the heart of the city. The new premises on Bow Lane, a stone's throw from the One New Change shopping centre, opened its doors to customers last week following customer demand for a City location.
The boutique will feature an extensive range of Rigby & Peller's most popular designs and brands, including the fifties inspired spring/summer lingerie collection, sumptuous loungewear and super-flattering swimwear, with customers being able to order in pieces from other stores.
Rigby & Peller’s experienced Lingerie Stylists are in store to help with fitting and finding the perfect pieces for every shape. I visited last week and was seen to by the lovely Jessica Kenwright. A graduate of DeMontfort University's prestigious Contour Fashion degree (as am I oddly enough...) Jessica spent her uni years studying lingerie and now works as a fitter at Rigby & Peller. Rather than using tape measures, they prefer to look at your size and shape and go from there. With every brand fitting slightly differently, Jessica asked me what sort of thing I liked wearing and what I was looking for before bringing me a selection of styles from various brands.
