Fans of Alex Monroe should be sure to schedule in a visit to the British jeweller's first standalone boutique. Recently opened a stone's throw from London Bridge and Borough Market on the gorgeous Snowsfields, the store showcases all of the brand's classic designs as well as unique pieces and the luxury 18 carat gold 'Goldcrest' collection.
It houses an exclusive collection of solid gold and diamond pieces, only available at the boutique, and also offers a bespoke service where clients can design thieir own dream piece of jewellery in a one-to-one consultation with the team before it is handmade on the premises.
In typical Monroe style, the store's interior mixes traditional design with modern clean line, and brings nature indoors with quirky design details. Design by the award-winning architects DSDHA, the store is part of Alex Monroe HQ and was built from sustainable materials to keep in line with the brand's ethos.
I have long been in love with Monroe's now iconic feather hoop earrings (pictured, £246), with the new boutique I might just have to pay a little visit and invest!
