LIVE MUSIC: Your final chance to get tickets for Unity - A Concert for Stephen Lawrence

London Art Scene from The Art Stop

This Sunday, a huge line up of British stars including Emeli Sande, Tinie Tempah, Jamie Cullum, Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding and more will join together to play a very special concert in memory of Stephen Lawrence.

The Unity show will take place at the O2 Arena, with hosts Reggie Yates and Nick Grimshaw introducing the incredible list of artists - all of whom have chosen to raise awareness, and spread their own social message, in support of the Stephen Lawrence Trust, set up in the name of the 18-year-old from Eltham, South East London, who was tragically murdered on 22 April 1993 - 20 years ago.

Today, the Foundation opens up opportunities for anyone across the UK, who may be disadvantaged by "their colour, their postcode, their ethnicity or their poverty" - it's an invaluable support in any community.

Speaking about her son, Doreen Lawrence says, "I would like Stephen to be remembered as a young man who had a future.

"He was well loved, and had he been given the chance to survive maybe he would have been the one to bridge the gap between black and white because he didn't distinguish between black or white.

"He saw people as people”
