Three of the Best: London's Rooftop Yoga

Love London

There's a new trend afoot this summer for a workout with a view, as the craze for rooftop yoga sweeps the capital. Get these three in the diary and start your day with the sunrise!

Sky High Yoga at Sky Garden
Taking the downward dog high and mighty to London's hottest new spot for sky high yoga, Sky Garden has launched a limited series of sunrise yoga sessions. Set against a backdrop of incredible city views and Sky Garden's luscious tropical greenery, classes will be taught by the renowned Issy Scobie from Flex London. Starting this morning, sunrise yoga will take place every Wednesday at 6.30am. Classes cost just £10.00 and all participants can enjoy a delicious pick-me-up smoothie, with compliments of Love Taste, before they leave to start their day. Waking up surrounded by panoramic views and super smoothies - a better start to the day would be hard to find! http://skygarden.london/event/sky-high-yoga

House of Voga at Coq d’Argent
Coq d’Argent has teamed up with House of Voga to host monthly Voga classes. Classes will be held on the last Sunday of every month in Coq d’ Argent’s stunning rooftop garden, and participants are invited to strike a pose surrounded by spectacular views over the City. Voga is a fusion of yoga and ‘vogeuing’, set to an iconic 80s soundtrack.
