Keen knitter? Passionate about the Waterloo area? ... or just looking for something to fill the winter evenings?
If any of those is a "yes" then pick up some knitting needles and get involved in this new project aimed at symbolically reconnecting the area’s old High Street of Lower Marsh and The Cut.
Knitters are invited to create knitted panels for a shop window along the streets. Everything you'll need from wool to needles is provided is provided free of charge - and even if you're not yet a knitter, free knitting lessons come courtesy of I Knit London (pictured).
The project gets a public show of knitted work in the area in March 2016.
