I called to book a slot for a date a month away and was told to book on-line. When I attempted to do this the system crashed and I had to re-submit the details. I then get a call, a few hours later, from Tuan (Manager) asking why I had not shown up for my booking!!! I was then told that my booking was process for the same day and not for my birthday a month away as requested!! The manager refused to change the booking and charged me the full price for a missed session!!! Tuan appears to enjoy the sound of his own voice and skirts around issues without actually answering any questions – as per other reviews – VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE – DO NOT BOTHER.

I've been to the Karaoke bar lots of times and always have a great night out. You can have your own private box and can visit other peoples boxes and everything! Theres touch screens as well and the chairs are especially great! Everyone should go for a fantastic night out, loads of laughs and a great time all round!
