Rex is a very popular venue attracting a great crowd. It also has a cinema showing classic films throughout the night and is home to many parties for celebrities.

I am a member of the Rex and their latest idea to have the facility of playing a Nintendo Wii game from your cinema seat is genius! I have a feeling I’ll be spending a lot of time here with friends.

I've been to Rex on several nights out and I've never had a bad night. There's no attitude just a nice, mature crowd who appreciate good music and are up for a great time. It is a small venue, but I've not ever felt hot or cramped.

The only negative thing I can say is if you stand to the rear of the club the sound system is lacking and sounds hollow and "tinny". We mentioned this to the DJ last night when we were there and he said there were problems with the speakers, so hopefully this'll get sorted soon.

I totally recommend Rex Bar to anyone who's into classic 90's R&B and wants a classy night out with no attitude.

me and my partner decided to go there on the friday night as we were staying in london. the door staff were friendly but that was as good as it got. as soon as we walked in the doors to the actual club the attitude was disgusting. within secands my boyfriend got started on for no reason so we left straight away. the club itself was tiny and and felt cramped. cant comment on the cinema side of it but the whole place and the people had a very dark undertone to it. i would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good night out

I went there a couple of weeks ago on a Friday night for a friends birthday & have been back since. Although small the music was kickin' and people were down to earth clubbers all feelin the music. There's definately nowhere else you can get this smooth rnb and older crowd in the west end without travelling to Notting Hill and if you're trying to avoid raving with 20 year olds then this is where its at..
