Performance and event venue
We host a range of events that focus on creativity and community, and are always open to things that are experimental or just plain odd. Our regular events include Properganda (first Friday of the month) and Scribble Pie - both variety nights with a difference.
Soundstage is interviews with renowned figures from the film, music and arts worlds - a unique chance to see well known people speak in an intimate setting. Depresstival Presents (second Wednesday of every month) is our resident anti-folk night. Every Thursday we host an open music jam with a rotation of house bands - you are welcome to come and join in, or just watch.
If you have an idea for a night you want to get off the ground, we have various evenings available, and if we like the idea will give you the space free of charge.
During the daytimes, we have rehearsal space for theatre or band rehearsals at very competitive rates.
