Stumbled on this puba few years back accidentally and loved it. The music was great, the food was good and the 'horror' theme was fantastic down to the scary sound effects in the loos.
Can't help thinking now that it's not quite as good as it was then. The music has become a bit mainstream, and I have encountered a few rude members of staff. The atmosphere has perished somewhat. Still, the test tube shots named after The Addams Family go down well!! And I'll still go back.
Get there early if you want somewhere to sit though, because it gets busy!
The Ben Crouchs Tavern is a pub with background music, Sky Sports and a pavement seating area. They sell a variety of spirits, lagers, ales and soft drinks along with traditional pub food. The pub has an eerie theme to it and serves a range of unusual cocktails based on the Seven Deadly Sins. They can cater for private parties of up to 200 people.
