The Half Moon offers a wide range of live music to cater for all tastes, six nights a week and a comedy night on Sunday. The emphasis is on new, up and coming bands. It has a friendly atmosphere in newly refurbished surroundings. They serve a selection of traditional English dishes and also have a big screen TV showing major sporting events on in addition to a pool table and a juke box. Seating on the terrace area is provided, weather permitting.

Amazing bar with welcoming staff. Great music venue with Doon and Stevie! New Year's Eve is not complete without the Half Moon. You will be addicted to this place as you will not meet friendlier people. Close to the high street and all means of transport and a cracking Indian restaurant down the road. They also have a beer garden which is lovely in Summer and television for watching the football on.
