Britannia

Always good beers , could be a wider choice of beers on tap.
Food is v good , somewhat overpriced , always interesting food choices.
Service is a delight here , wish I could say that about some other local pubs in W8.

My wife and I had lunch at the Britannia on Sunday in March. Our hotel recommended th Pub. Our direction given to us by our hotel where to simple, but we finally found the Pub.

We ordered fish and Chips,a very British meal. The food was very good. The service excellent. We took a table in the Bar area. I might add that this was our first experience dinning at Pub. Near our table three very real English gentlemen were having afternoon drinks and tlking about the old days in India. We would have selected a better Pub.

We will again be visting London in September, 2008. Sunday, our last day in London we will have fish and chips at the Britannia.
