The worst hotel I'ever been too. Noisy , dirty , filthy , not hygienic . Breakfast was not good.Dirty crockery and cutlery . The kitchen and laundry are in the same room. This is intollerable . You have to eat in the pub who was still durty from a feast from the day before . The electricity in the room is dangerous , a ripped curten , broken table and fungus on the wall. Not recommendable at all.

well when we booked to stay here we only read reviews after we booked and thought o m g what have we done. well glad we stayed it was certainly an experience the staff we rate at 10/10 the locals were fantastic could not do enough for us met a wonderful chap talked alot about west ham footy he made us feel at ease and my children thought he was cool so he must have been.the breakfast was not bad it set us up for the day at least,coffee was dreadful not at the fault of the lady who made it as you can only make a good cuppa with good coffee rate those two ladies 10/10 as they were so kind and cheerie could not do enough for us .only thing is the place where we slept could do with a make over,ie new bedding a lick of paint fix windows and maybe a wash basin in room and tea/coffee in room.we expected some noise as we were over the bar.noise outside was bad but not at fault of this place, friday night and eary hours of morning was noisey. If the owners of this pub did it up and got new bedding and curtains gave it a lick of paint i think it would be hard to book esp on match days but please please please if you did this keep your staff as they were great they make people welcome and that is just as if not more important than a make over many thanks to the staff and the locals including marshie from a mum and dad with a 13 year old and ten year old
