Mishmash

I've just recovered from celebrating my birthday at Mish Mash last Saturday night. There were about 15 of us in all and EVERYONE had a good time. From the off, I liked the way it was really easy to book a space when I emailed and the free fizz on arrival was much appreciated too.
When I arrived I had a good sized booth reserved, ideal as a base camp for our party, and made it easy for everyone to mingle and mix. The bar itself is gorgeous, without being pretentious, the decor is beautiful, the big screen a nice touch. I didn't go to the bar myself (which is how it should be on your birthday)but a few friends said how friendly the bar staff were and the drinks were delicious. Even security were polite and patient as we were last to leave! But most of all I LOVED the music, which I think added to the real party atmosphere of everyone just being super friendly and up for a good time.

Oh the delights of Mishmash! Always busy on a friday and saturday and just recently a little too busy. However catch it on the right night and its great little place. This summer it has benefited from the front terrace (a haven for us football-haters during the World Cup) which has created a bit of a continental vibe on Lavender Hill. Could really do with some more staff on the busier nights though!

I had my birthday party at Mishmash last weekend and had a great time. We reserved an area through their website and got all our friends in on the guestlist. We came early so that we could take advantage of their happy hour and order some food- they do yummy pizzas! Later on it got really busy and the DJ started playing a mad mix of 80's & 90's party music which we all loved. There was such a great atmosphere and we all had such a fun time. Will be back!

I had my birthday party at Mishmash. I really wanted a private party venue but we had a fantastic time having booked a reserved area and guestlist for aboput 60 of us. Great coktails, wild interior (think 80s retro wallpaper meets future funk) and wonderful Djs (80/90s with a bit of classic house thrown in). Def coming back
