I went here last weekend and lets just say i would rather be at home with a stomach bug, and we were meant to be VIP's. We were told we could reserve a private area for the cost of £600 and that would get us free drinks and own waitress and sitting area etc. Wot were werent told was it was for 12 people so 18 of us turn up, and the trouble started at the door they never explained that the table was for 12 even at this point and we had real trouble getting the last 5 people in as all guys, dont expect to get in if your not a girl. we went to our "VIP area" which wasnt big even to even swing a cat let alone seat 18 people (even 12 would have been very friendly and cosy). when they had said free drinks for our money they forgot to mention it was free as in the number three. they brought out 12 champagne glasses and a bottle of pink and white champagne and sod the 6 who didnt get a glass. then they brought out another 12 wine glasses with 2 bottles of white wine and 2 bottles of rose, so again sod the other 6 or share glasses and no red wine for those who prefer it. then they brought out 12 glasses again and a bottle of vodka with two jugs of mixers one was coke and unsure of the other as never tried it ( not that i drunk anything there for my money due to them not being able to count the glasses to people. as you can imagine this all disappeared very quickly. the club was extremeley small and others not in our area were smacking the backs or the benches we were sitting on and annoying everyone. A friend of mine brought a bottle of carlsberg and a vodka and lemonade, this cost him £18 and the vodka was non existant and the lemonade was flat.
We felt far from being VIP's the guys also had an additional charge of £10 to get in onto of the fee for the "VIP area". The club was so small, crowded, over priced and over rated i would never go back. it is the worse night out i have ever had. if this page gave me the option it wouldnt have even got that one star, its not
The Eve Club is rapidly becoming one of London's most desirable venues; an intimate space to mix, party and enjoy the finest service, vintage champagne and great music.
