All In London Review
Simpler boozer in SW1
A lively mix of tourists and local workers relax here at the end of the day; there is another floor downstairs for busy nights.
The menu wouldn’t look out of place at a Wetherspoon’s pub: curry, burgers, gammon steaks and fish and chips. In terms of lager they have Fosters, Stella and Kronenbourg amongst others, with the cheapest pint being £3.39. A selection of affordable house wines and spirits for non-beer drinkers is available too.
Staff at the Tattersalls have a habit of closing early and rudely insisting customers down their drinks as quickly as possible before being turfed out at 11pm, something which ruins the entire experience.
It’s a shame they close this promptly as late night drinking holes in the area are non-existent, unless you head to one of the expensive hotel bars. For this reason Tattersalls Tavern is only really of interest if you happen to be in the area anyway, otherwise there are far better venues elsewhere.
