The Victoria

I had lunch today at the Victoria. It looked nice from the street so we decided to see if they had highchairs, and, unlike the Flask, THEY DO
We spent 2 lovely hours there in a quiet and cosy atmosphere eating out delicious lunch
The staff is very kind and friendly
Definitely recommend it!

Lovely interior, very comfortable.

Occasionally have karaoke, but bit hit and miss as to when!
Good fun though, lovely crowd.

Food is yummy!!

It doesn't have the wow factor of The Flask for example, but as a local I can thoroughly recommend The Vic . The management & staff are welcoming & friendly. A big effort goes into the occasional organised party with free food & music supplied. Clientele are a mix of old and young locals from a variety of backgrounds, making the Vic great for a quiet pint & local chat.
