Stayed here whilst in London for the AEW ALL IN event. The host was lovely, our food was cooked within about 8 minutes or less, and was well worth it's price.

We came all the way from Newcastle, and after a tiring journey, we were not disappointed.

Thank You so much :)

For pub grub this is the best pub in Richmond. Although located just outside the town centre this pub is worth the 8 minute walk.
During the summer the beer garden is tended beautifully and you'll forget the main road just outside. During the winter the pub maintains its comfortable pub feel and charm.

Occasionally there is entertainment and functions in the evening which are worth going to.

The food is of a high standard. If it says homemade then it is homemade and prepared at the pub. The food is the best pub food I've tasted in Richmond. They cater for all. Fish n chips, Sunday Roast, Veggie burger are particular favourites. There are a range of beers and the usual selection to quench your thirst.

The staff are pleasant and the family who own the pub are very easy to get along with. It definitely feels like a family run place.

Worth a visit especially if you're looking for a pub lunch in Richmond but want to avoid the sometimes over-crowded town centre and higher prices of Richmond. you can always walk off your session down by the river afterward.
