YATES in Harrow now have Karaoke on Every Thursday and I can honestly say it's one of the best I've ever been to... Great sound, huge selection of songs and the guy who runs it, Jacko I think he's called is just so funny. He makes even the worst of singers feel like a star...

I've been frequenting this venue for several years and it has been a great place until recently. The owner has no idea how to deal with customers. He is very rude and regards any form of complaint a waste of his time. I found that out when I attempted to hand in a letter of complaint. I was threatened by him stating he would permanently ban me if I insisted on making a formal complaint. I insisted, and if he decides to allow me entrance in the future I will decline. My days at this venue are over while he's there. I am left with a sour taste and disappointment to the ending of what was a great era of parting
