All In London Review
Nice space, shame about the acoustics
Pity, because it is a very nice space. There are two rooms, however for smaller events such as Secretsundaze on a Sunday afternoon only one room will be open. The bar is a slightly makeshift one (there’s no tap for tap water for instance) but it is relatively well stocked with the usual spirits and beers.
There is a very heavy security presence, and bouncers walk around the dancefloor even when it’s at its busiest, looking for something to do. A tad ironic when you realise that the painting on the outside of the building is of a pupil dilating.
On the roof are two disused underground trains which are used as artist studios, one of the visual attractions of Shoreditch. If they sort out the acoustics and take it easy with the security, this could become one of East London’s premier venues.

Large-scale recycling
This Shoreditch venue below a rail viaduct is well known as an all-night club and live music venue. It's also used as a gallery space by day, and its cavernous, bare brick look even lends itself to wedding receptions.
