Rude service from the lady who has an affinity for the bright red lipstick!
Latte served in a small capuccino size cup...who are they trying to fool.
In these times thats called ripping people off. Had actually forgotten that this place provided bad service. Yes there have been some changes but none that would make me want to go back there nor recommend them. Much rather prefer The Vine which is down the road which offers better food and better service probably as they're all staffed by people who are familiar with customer service!!! Date visited: Firday, 25 November 2011....and never again!

Thank God this place has changed!! New managers, new staff and a nice atmosphere... I had food there and it was really good. The ladies behind the bar were lovely and made me feel so welcome. Good Banter, Good Food and excellent service Kentish Town was in serious need of this!! I'll defiantly be going back there soon...

If you don't want to run a pub, don't!
I think the staff need a holiday, and possibly anti depressants! also, if a customer finds a drowned cockroach in the last half of his beer (as I did) try and be a bit more constructive that to say 'it happens!'
Nice building! if you want architecture go to Westminster abbey!
Have your say
