The creation of Brett Woonton, Charlie Young and Elena Ares, Vinoteca is inspired in part by the wine bars of Spain and Italy, known as vinotecas and enotecas respectively. Our aim is to create a convivial atmosphere in which to serve high quality, characterful wines and simple yet imaginative food created from fresh, seasonal produce. The rest of Vinoteca‚s team are just as enthusiastic about wine and food, and are delighted to serve and advise in a professional yet Œno-nonsense‚ manner. Soho is the third branch, opening in April 2012.
