A 'dive bar and distillery' may not sound so attractive on the face of it, but this place is truly revolutionary. Inspired by the psychedelic movement of the late 1960s, distiller Max Chater is making some pretty whacky taste-combinations.. but they honestly do work! What about a spirit with the flavour of a bacon chilli cheese hot dog... yes really, that is what we said.. or if that's too way-out for you, there's a more civilised cut grass and mahaleb cherry beer to sample.
