Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

I am at the final stages of purchasing a scooter. Nothing major just a 50cc. I've visited a couple of dealers. But decided rather than trek to another i'd call and speak with BMG Fulham first to make sure they had what I wanted to look at in stock...

Spoke to a sales guy who didn't seem to care that I was pretty much at the final stage of the buying process and ready to make a purchase within 2 days!

RUDE isn't strong enough. I asked 2 or possibly 3 very simple questions about Price and Makes. My final question was about whether they could negotiate on price. At which point he said goodbye and hung up?!


Anyway guys well done and i'm off back to Metropolis to spend the £2000 that's burning a hole in my back pocket!
