Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

Disagree totally with kim, staff are very knowledgeable, they actually play the games and can advise on which ones to get and which ones are appropriate for different age groups. They were very friendly when I went in and even though the store was busy it was a nice environment to shop in with attentive staff. I thought prices were good and with anything these days you should check online first before buying on the high street or use your phone when instore however with games you can buy on the spot in the shop and play the same day however when ordering online you obviously have to wait for delivery - horses for courses! Highly recommended, especially if trying to shop for games for a pre teen and a teen!
