Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

Totaly overpriced stodge. The chopsticks are ridiculously heavy and impractical, and heaven forbid, if you request a more user friendly pair of chopsticks, they give you the cheapest splinter inducing pair available, just to add insult to injury. Anything served that was deep fried was both rock hard and boiling, and the 2 course duck at £45 was a joke, we certainly got duck in or 1st course, and when they took the duck away to make the 2nd course, there was only minuscule fragments of some flavourless meat swimming in grease. It was a really really bad dining experience in a very fancy looking restaurant.
Did I mention that the staff are rude and inattentive?, you get the picture.
