Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. By far the best vet in London. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My little dog gets quite stressed out and mean at the vet but Dr. Butt can always calm him down. As an overprotective owner he is always very patient and explains things in perfect detail so that you can be assured your beloved pet will be alright.
I have had my dog examined by many vets all over London to ask about a breathing problem he has and the only one to correctly identify and treat my dog was Dr. Butt. I just cannot say enough good things about this vet he is simply amazing.
