Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

I have read a few negative reviews about Shaka Zulu on multiple websites and I feel like I must contest. I had a wonderful time here, filled with good service, food and music. Firstoff, we got there late on a saturday and were seated after only a 15 min wait (I was expecting at least 60 based on reviews). The food was great, although we kept it safe with steak. The decor of the interior is unbeatable, and after 11 it got seriously packed. a woman was even walking around with a live snake. I definitely recommend for the adventuous eater and partier.
