Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

I sold my property through Parkinson Farr in Nov 2013. I think they might have restored my faith in the value of estate agents. I found them to be friendly and professional throughout; it really helps that they're a local agent and not part of a big chain trying to push you to use in house services. They provided good marketing materials and when my first buyer demanded something unreasonable they gave clear sensible advice and secured a new serious buyer within 12 hours. They chased to ensure my sale process went through and got the balance right in terms of contact. Would recommend.
