Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

I have been using them for a few years now (they were previously within the Washin Japanese shop center on Regent's Street). I could only highly recommend them. Very professional, always friendly, they make sure you are happy and they guide you into your choice. They are ready to give you a frank opinion if you want, which is something I always appreciate from a seller. They mainly deal with premium quality brands rather than just fashion brands, which is something I appreciate
