Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

Been using this tailor for years but my most recent experience is pretty bad. They refused to do half the alterations I requested at all. Didn't call me to say it was ready so I had to chase this. Eventually got my things ten days later and an alteration to a pretty expensive silk shirt has been completely bodged. All the fabric is bunched up so the alteration is really obvious and doesn't hang properly. They hadn't even bothered to cut off the threads from the machining! I don't trust them to repair it properly so will end up fixing this myself. Waste of time.
