Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

These are very nice people to deal with and I was impressed that they did not "Hard Sell" They were very knowledgeable on every aspect to do with Sofa Beds including the manufacturing and quality of the materials used. I was quoted 6 weeks for a made-to-order sofa bed with a genuinely comfortable mattress which I needed to be 5ft 3" in width. Incredibly, 18 Days later it was delivered by Steve and installed in 15 minutes. I could not be happier and can recommend them highly.
