Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. Hi I had a very good experience to day, I look in this shop often wishing I could purchase something special . Today was my lucky day .The big plus being I was welcomed by Steve who pointed out all I needed to know with my purchase , nothing pushy but extremely obliging .Thank you very much Steve , one very happy lady
