Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

The review in question

We have been using Parkinson Farr as our managing agents for the last 10 years. They are absolutely superb, nothing is to much trouble for them. Being overseas, the 10 properties that they let and manage for us are expertly handled by them. We do meet our tenants each year and they also give us glowing feedback. Very rare in this day and age and especially with Estate Agents, but I really cannot fault them, professional and approachable and we will continue to hand over our other properties when they become available.
