Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

I recently purchased the Windsor 3 seater sofa bed and the Windsor love seat.
Given the facade of the Highly Sprung shop amongst the other posh alternatives on TCR I had my doubts but it was the sofa comfort and quality the persuaded me to go ahead with the order.
I did receive the sofa within 13 days on time, exactly as promised and with same quality as displayed in the shop.
At this point I would highly (no pun intended) recommend this shop for anyone looking for a good quality sofa with a very quick turnaround.
