Why respond?
At All In London we don't want business owners to feel helpless about negative reviews but at the same time we don't want to delete genuine comments from customers. In our experience the best way to ensure that the business's reputation is maintained is to openly respond to negative reviews, this can turn the situation around in your favour and show other users that you're not unreasonable and are dealing with it professionally.

It has been an absolute PLEASURE dealing with Highly Sprung.
They are so efficient and speedy! I am thrilled with our new sofa and thanks to Charles I got EXACTLY what I had in mind as he really was helpful with the fabrics.
I used another company for a sofa bed and a chair before Highly Sprung and Everything was a problem. They put the wrong feet on the sofa and they made you pay the full price up front so they didn't care whether you were happy or not or how many months they kept you waiting. With this experience in mind I approached Highly Sprung a little anxiously. They were BRILLIANT!
